In 2015 I directed Euromonitor International’s company holiday card project. Because the team was busier than usual at year’s end, I opted for a project smaller in scope than the 2014 edition. We convened a team of comedy experts and drafted pages of jokes to incorporate into the design—alas, some of the best ended up on the cutting floor—and then adopted traditional Christmas-y shapes to tell the chosen jokes.
The designers working on the project then created a set of images from the design to support a social media campaign to promote the work. We also continued an existing them of a nice photograph of a Christmas market as the e-mail tie-in piece. You can visit the blog post about it here.
