Photography plays a vital role in visual communications design and for over 15 years I have included photography in my branding, editorial, and social media work. But I almost always functioned as the art director, working with talented photographers to produce stunning work. However, COVID-19 pandemic restrictions forced me to pick up a camera and begin photographing things myself.
Here I photographed I-95 in central Philadelphia for an Economic Insights article whose authors discussed the economic benefits of burying such highways like with Boston’s Big Dig.
